In receipt of an employee of a company, there are times when job interviews are needed primarily to measure directly the intellectual one. Tai occasionally times when the interview usually we will be served a variety of questions.

1. How much salary do you ask?

5. Why do you want to leave the old office?

Answer: Do not bring up anything negative. If the fact that, say the phrase 'positive', for example, that you do not see any 'space' in which you can thrive. Then, explain why you consider that the work in this new office gives a better chance.

6. Are there any examples of your failure?

Answer: Speak failure you've ever experienced, but who have fulfilled the solution. So that, the interviewer know that you've got a business to address the problem

7. Did you have a question?

Answer: Give at least two questions that focused on the new office. For example, you asked if this office already has a website. Alternatively, you can also question the presence of the CEO of the newly appointed you know - is made the better the company's performance, and the like.
