Jin is one of the types of creatures that Allaah has certain physical properties, different from the kind of man or angels while the devil is to describe the nature of any creature of evil, rebellious, disobedient, like defected, like immoral, perverse rules, or something.
Although the jinn and devils have abilities that are not possessed by humans, but the Qur'an expressly says that the essence of demons and deception it is weak. Here are some of the kinds of flaws jin, including:
1. Cant beat the pious
Evidence that demons or jinns will not be able to defeat the pious are the words of the devil himself when in dialogue with God in Sura al-Hijr verse 39 -
"The devil said:" My Lord, because You have misled me, I will make them look good (immoral deeds) in the earth, and for sure I will put them all, except the servants you are sincere in their ". (Surat al-Hijr 15: 39-40).
From this verse it is understood that the demon that causes a person is able to master because of his sin. When a person is close to God, then the devil will run away and will never go near him let alone master it.
2. Satan scared and run by some of God's servants
If someone really holds true teachings of the religion and faith to stick with a tough, then the devil will be scared and run away. It is for example contained in the Umar bin Khatab himself. In a hadith narrated by Imam Turmu-Dzi Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to' Umar: "Satan is very scared by you, O Umar" (Narrated by Turmudzi).
Not only to Umar, but demons (disbelievers) will also be scared by people of faith who truly by faith. In al-wan Bidayah Nihayah, Ibn Kathir never cites the following hadith:
"Indeed, the believers will be able to control (beat) the ghost as any one of you who can control his camel while traveling" (Narrated by Ahmad).
In fact, if someone truly and continuously obedient and pious, he can bring qarinnya (penyertanya, because every man is certainly accompanied by demons (disbelievers) on the left and an angel on his right hand or often referred to qarin) to Islam. It is, as mentioned in a hadith narrated by Imam Muslim following:
"Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:" There is no one unless he is accompanied by a qarin (broadcaster) of the jinn and a qarin (comorbid) of angels ". The companions asked: "Are you also including O Messenger of Allah?" He replied: "Yes, including me, it's just that God helped me so genie was converted to Islam. He (jin earlier) never told me except for good "(Narrated by Muslim).
3. Jin submission and obedience to the Prophet Sulaiman
Among the miracles of Prophet Solomon was able to conquer jinns and demons so that all can work on command. This is as stated in the following verse of the Qur'an in the letter Shad verse 36-38:
"Then We subjected the wind that blows him well in wherever he pleases, and (We subjected to him anyway) devil-devil every builder and diver, and other devils are bound in shackles" (Surah Saad verses 36-38 ).
This miracle given to Prophet Sulayman as granting to his prayer that says:
"And give me the kingdom which is not given to someone after me" (Surah Saad 38:35).
Solomon's Prayer is why the Prophet is not so for the binding genie that comes with throwing darts into his face. In a hadith of Muslim said:
"From Abu Darda said:" One day the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam got up, suddenly we heard the Messenger of Allah said: "I seek refuge in Allah from you", then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam also said: "Allah has melaknatmu" three times. Prophet then spread his hands as if he were receiving something. When the Prophet finished the prayer, we asked: "O Messenger of Allah, we heard you say something that we have never heard before. We also saw you open your hands ". He replied: "Just now the devil, the enemy of God came to bring fire arrows plugged in my face, and I said:" I seek refuge in Allah from you "three times, then I also said:" Allah has melaknatmu with perfect anathema "as three times. Then I intend to take it. If I do not remember the prayer of our brother, Solomon, of course I would tie it to become children's toys people of Medina "(Narrated by Muslim).
4. Jinn or devil can not resemble the Messenger
Satan and demons can not resemble the shape and face of the Prophet. Therefore, if someone dreamed of seeing the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then he really has seen it. In the hadeeth it says:
"Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:" Whoever sees me dream, then he indeed has seen me, because Satan can not menyerupaiku "(Narrated by Muslim).
5. Jinns and demons can not pass certain limits in the sky
Although the jinn and demons has the advantage it can move quickly, but they will not be able to pass through the boundaries that have been defined which can not be passed except by the angels. Because if they venture through it, then they will perish and disintegrate. Hence, the genie can not know and steal information from the sky so that what he had whispered to artisans and shamans predictor is simply a lie. 6. Jin can not open the doors that have been closed with the name of Allah
In a hadith the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
"Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:" Close the doors, and call it the name of God (when shut), because the devil is not going to open the door that has been locked with the name of Allah. Close was also the place of drinking water (qirab in Arabic is the place to store drinking water made from animal skin) and your jars (for the present such as cabinets, sideboard, refrigerator and others) while the name of Allah, even if you only save something in them and (when going to sleep), turn off your lights "(Narrated by Muslim).
